The Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior account executive to manage our account portfolio and supervise our account executives team. For this role, strong communication skills and a customer service attitude are essential. As a Senior account executive, you should also be results-driven and help us achieve our business goals. Ultimately, you should be able to achieve sales and profitability objectives by effectively managing new and existing accounts. Responsibilities Implementation of integrated communication plans and campaigns, including digital and social media. Daily execution of the communication and customer service program. Digital and media monitoring and analysis of opportunities for your clients Develop creative public relations strategies that fit clients' profile Develop effective PR plans using appropriate strategies and tactics Identify potential customers and set approach strategies Develop strong and long-term client relationships Act as the liaison between clients and account executives Supervise the account executives and representatives team and ensure deadlines are met Resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively Requirements 4 years or more of experience with a focus in healthcare and corporate communication working in PR agencies and proven experience as public relations Sr. executive or similar role Advanced English level (fluent English, written and spoken) Solid knowledge with traditional (health & corporate) and social media (blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) Proven experience in visual communication ( design of invitations, post for social media, infographics, and presentations) Proven experience in coordinating and managing effective PR campaigns through various channels An ability to understand and analyze metrics Ability to build strong relationships with key people or organization A creative mind partnered with the ability to find the best practical solutions Excellent communication and team management skills Strong analytical and negotiation skills Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude J-18808-Ljbffr
