Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:- Responsible for Personnel Administration activities such as HRIS administration, Benefits Administration, Document Management, Leaves & Absences administration, filling and archiving, support employee lifecycle transactional task, and support regional and global projects in testings, training, and other key task to ensure the succesful of these projects.- Key Responsibilities:- Employee lifecycle data management.- Support hire to retire processes.- Support benefits administration processes.- Support audits.- Support regional and global projects in tasks such as: testings, trainings, implementation.- Build and maintain updated personnel files information in SAP and HR database within employee lifecycle.- Key Relationships:- Global and Regional GBS H2R teams- HR/Talent acquisition/Rewards/Workplace- Finance and GBS Finance- Legal- HR Services and Payroll Vendors- Internal control- Knowledge Skills and Abilities:- Detail-oriented- Fast learner- Communication skills- Organization- Customer service skills- Adaptability- Flexibility- Problem solving- Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:- University degree or equivalent education required.- Understanding of functional area.- Minimum 1- 2 years' experience in job or job function.- English level C1AT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
