**EMPRESA IMPORTANTE****Solicita**:**SOURCING****Descripción y Requisitos**Sourcing Professional:- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Industrial Distribution, or equivalent experience in manufacturing or packaging).- Quality System policy, procedure, and process experience, preferably within the ISO framework.- 3 to 5 years working in sourcing, strategic purchasing, and supplier development related role.- Experience in ERP Systems- Takes a broad perspective, understands, and considers the wider and long-term consequences of plans and activities.- Target-oriented focuses on reaching results and solving problems effectively.- Follows procedures, rules, and regulations, sees jobs through to the end and pays attention to quality and cost effectiveness.- Systematic and well organized - stick to deadlines, defines priorities, and plan ahead- Strong team and cooperation skills, shares knowledge and best practices- Strong communication skills - communicates in a clear and structured way and adjusts the message to the receiver(s).- Excellent negotiation skills.- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering drawings and technical specificationsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelors Degree (BA) from a four year college preferred, and/or five years related experience and/or training in the industry (packaging commodity is a plus) and client relations; or equivalent combination of education and experienceOTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES- Must be well organized, self-starter and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Bilingual (must)- Must be able to multitask, proritize and adjust tasks in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities.- Team Spirited- Microsoft Office experience (Advanced) Excel and PPPuesto: Administracion**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
