Social Media Manager

As we expand our project scope, we are enhancing our team in international locales including the USA, Ukraine, Poland, and Mexico.**We offer:- Office work in our modern Mexico office without overtime;- ?ontract with an American IT company;- Working hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;- A well-equipped and comfortable office in Mexico City; High level of business cooperation, positive atmosphere.**Your responsibilities will be:- Create weekly or monthly content plans ensuring a consistent and impactful presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram;- Schedule postings to maintain a steady stream of content during optimal engagement times;- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, track key metrics, and prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness;- Compose tasks and provide creative direction for graphic design and video production teams to support content creation;- Repurpose and recycle different types of content to maximize reach and resource efficiency;- Maintain regular communication with brand managers and stakeholders to deepen understanding of the audience and align social media strategies with the business agenda; Work collaboratively with the PPC team to optimize budgeting and planning of advertising campaigns.**Our expectations:- A minimum of one year's experience in a Social Media Manager role or similar capacity;- Demonstrable experience with managing social media accounts and successful digital campaigns;- Strong command of social media analytics and foundational marketing concepts; Advanced level of written English with excellent communication skills.**It would be advantageous if you have experience in:- Managing international client accounts.
