Responsibilities - Act as Commercial Platform focal point for regional IT/Digital teams. - Manage project delivery including solution design, development, technical specs, prototyping, technical and integration support. - Collaborative attitude, fantastic communication skills, and a results-driven mindset - Ability to establish and cultivate effective cross-functional working relationships with team members - Problem solving and decision making skills - Teamwork, team management and leadership skills - Independently make decisions and drive any aspect of deployment at the team and management level as well as at the project level. - Lead communication and solution delivery with cross-functional operating teams - Communicate status, risks with resolution plan, upcoming milestones, and recent releases to leadership teams - Manage resolution of urgent engineering issues while communicating changes to business stakeholders - Provide high-touch and hands-on team guidance, support, and coaching in close cooperation and collaboration across all roles and functions, to facilitate increasing maturity at a sustainable pace.
