Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesAct as Commercial Platform focal point for regional IT/Digital teams. Manage project delivery including solution design, development, technical specs, prototyping, technical and integration support. Collaborative attitude, fantastic communication skills, and a results-driven mindset. Ability to establish and cultivate effective cross-functional working relationships with team members. Problem solving and decision making skills. Teamwork, team management and leadership skills. Independently make decisions and drive any aspect of deployment at the team and management level as well as at the project level. Lead communication and solution delivery with cross-functional operating teams. Communicate status, risks with resolution plan, upcoming milestones, and recent releases to leadership teams. Manage resolution of urgent engineering issues while communicating changes to business stakeholders. Provide high-touch and hands-on team guidance, support, and coaching in close cooperation and collaboration across all roles and functions, to facilitate increasing maturity at a sustainable pace.
