What you'll do: This position will be responsible for the sales in the Channels / Residencial & Commercial Segment. The primary segment focus is the sale of electrical distribution and control products throug established distribution channels. Meet with engineering firms, architectural firms, consultants, end users, and others to deliver technical presentations, write specifications, and build and grow key customer relationships within a given territory, also responsible for product training for internal and external audiences Market share growth, sales profitability and customer satisfaction will be the primary metrics for this assignment's success. Increase the net present value of Eaton's relationship with these customers by driving near-term revenue and positioning us for larger wins in the future. Represent all of the electrical group's products and services and to position Eaton in a copetitive advantage position for turnkey opportunities, lifecycle services, and capital projects. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree. • Minimum of 2 years on sales experience in a large company required. • Ability to respond to a variety of challenging circumstances. • Capacity to manage several projects and decisions at the same time as well as interrelation with all kind people at all level of the organization and with our customers, channels and end users. • Electrical Control and Distribution Products and Services Knowledge. • Experience utilizing Value Added Selling techniques. • Experience at Master on sales, markets, products, investment and strategies. • Electrical service sales experience. • Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English-Spanish required. • Proficiency in computer skills Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point)."
