University Degree in- bachelor's degree in, Engineering, Computing, Technology, or a related field. Postgraduate qualification desirable. Professional Experience 12 years- a minimum of8 years of quality management experience in the Energy Sector. Technical Knowledge- technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how the company products work. Shownsenior-quality leadership trackrecord in a high-technology energy company; preference will be given toenergy markets quality management experiencegained in a highly regulated industry. In-depth understanding about ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certifications, power generation services, and experience of leading and performing regulatory audits. Validated understanding of techniques (e.g., quality, processes, audits) to support problem solving, efficiency programs, risk/opportunity assessments and CAPA. Knowledgeable of good-quality processes and practices. Proven understanding of advanced Root Cause Analysis Tools such as TapRoot, Apollo, etc. Able and willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 40% of time. English, Spanish, at professional working proficiency level. Soft Skills- self-motivated and ambitious individual, intercultural awareness, strong interpersonal and communication skills, conscientiousness, curiosity, drive, goal-oriented, great teammate, high levels of emotional intelligence, able to engage with a broad range of team members and work within a matrix organisation, change management traits. Your Responsibilitites Leads groups the implementation of overarching quality mission and strategy, and ensures implementation of related quality policies and guidelines, for all assigned quality areas. Appraises customer quality requirements and happiness (e.g., NPS, CSS, CSM) appropriately to meet customer expectations. Gives to the identification of internal and external regulations in collaboration with country organisation -and develops processes to meet these requirements (ISO and OSHA standards) Implements the global quality programs within the organisation and supervises the efficiency of these programs. Leads and promotes non-conformance management. Ensures and controls implementation of quality methods and risk/opportunity management in processes and projects (RA, CAPA, QIS, RCA, LL, Q-Gates, LoAs, Outage Categorisation) Plans and implements business applicable audit program (including certification where applicable) and assessments. Leads the overall product safety activities in line with internal and external regulations. Responsibility to comply and / or make sure the protocols, policies, guidelines, and proficiencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).
