Responsibilities: • Communicate with internal/external groups during analysis and development phase. • Assist in determining project scope and technical designs. • Collaborate with management on road map and strategy. • Work closely with key stakeholders to provide delivery according to schedule. • Collect and interpret high level requirements and refine as agile based implementation stories. • Manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time and on budget. • Manage stakeholder communication. • Work closely with multiple stakeholders including client teams, architects, developers, test, and quality assurance to clarify business and technical requirements. • Responsible for information gathering/research and business needs to identify key business challenges and opportunities for products. • Deliver precise functional specifications to include functional hierarchy, workflow, business rules, outstanding issues, data analysis, and data mapping to product engineering team. • Responsible for contributing to the analytical strategy and defining user requirements, facilitating product execution in tandem with partners/stakeholders. • Collaborative attitude, fantastic communication skills, and a results-driven mindset • Ability to establish and cultivate effective cross-functional working relationships with team members • Experience in managing business requirements processes, including documentation of functional requirements and process flow creation • An inherent drive for building quality software – and an understanding of how to get ideas from the drawing board into code and into the hands of our users • Familiarity with analytics definition and reviewing the data to make business decisions • Management of user stories in Kanban and Development backlog to organize and prioritize user stories Mandatory Skills Description: – Previous experience with the PO/BA role – Previous relevant experience in IT projects – Agile Requirements management – Data Analysis – User Scenarios – BA/PO – Client-Facing Nice-to-Have Skills: – QA mentoring – UX Design – Mobile Design Languages: English: Advanced Mostrar más Mostrar menos Tagged as: remote, remote job, virtual, Virtual Job, virtual position, Work at Home, work from home J-18808-Ljbffr
