Brightcove seeks a Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist to join the Marketing Operations & Analytics team. As a member of this team, you will support the global marketing team by leveraging technology, data, and insights to help improve marketing performance. You will partner with the team to build and maintain reports and dashboards to understand the performance of marketing campaigns, channels, and ABM programs in building pipeline and revenue.
You will also be responsible for projects helping to build the foundation to help us scale our reporting and analytics capabilities. The perfect candidate for this position will have a knack for generating actionable insights from marketing & sales data, quickly ramps up on new marketing technologies, possesses a passion for problem-solving, and is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities Be an analytics partner to the Marketing team by reporting on key metrics, analyzing marketing funnel performance, and providing actionable insights to improve marketing performance.Track, report, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and channels.Create and maintain reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, SLA adherence, and business impact.Transform business questions into actionable analyses that yield insights for optimizing marketing efforts and driving incremental revenue.Perform ad-hoc analyses to drive better understanding of buyer's journey and identify opportunities to improve performance.Solid grasp of marketing & sales operational processes driving revenues.Understanding of SaaS business applications and processes as in Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, etc.Support the creation of a single source of truth for marketing performance metrics leveraging agreed upon data definitions and creating a common data foundation.Qualifications/Experience BS/BA, ideally in a quantitative discipline (Engineering, Finance, Economics, etc.)5+ years of marketing analytics experience3+ years of Salesforce experience requiredStrong ability to generate insights from data and recommendations to improve performanceExperience working with marketing automation data (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Datorama etc.)Good knowledge of B2B SaaS marketing organizations is highly desired Proficient in excel and dashboard creationBe a self-starter who is passionate about learning and growing in their career Experience working with cross-functional and global teams Organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlinesExperience working on multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent writing and communication skillsSpecial Conditions Language proficiency in English and Spanish is requiredAbout Brightcove Brightcove is a diverse, global team of smart, passionate people who are revolutionizing the way organizations deliver video.
