Initiate development or qualification plan for new technology and process optimization. Be innovative to drive or develop Automation solution to ensure productivity, speed, quality, and cost are meeting goals. Identify critical processes and controls on new products. Implement best practices across suppliers. Drive and Hands-on in production with suppliers to ensure NPI products meet all quality targets and delivery schedule. Sustaining: Drive, work and hands-on with suppliers to improve processes and product quality to meet quality indicators and process controls by using manufacturing and statistic tools such LEAN, 6-sigma DMAIC approaches, FMEA, Cause-and-Effect Diagram, 7QC tools, etc. Identify, and work with suppliers on possible cost savings. Implement best Practices, and standardizations across all suppliers. Establish standard procedures and process/quality controls. Support engineering change implementation. Get involved with Quality, LCM, Test, Procurement team on production issues and improvements to ensure product quality and delivery. Engineering Solution/Innovation/Initiatives: Able to do followings. Drive and initiate creatively on engineering solutions and technological innovation. Understand and align to Automation Solutions & Big data Technology strategy. Scope Data All SYSS BUs – while primary focus on ETS business. MINIMUM: Deep Electronics Manufacturing Process Knowledges – SMT, WAVE, Mechanical assembly, Conformal coating, Packing. SPC and QC Tools Problem Solving Techniques/Tools – FMEA, C&E diagram, 8D, Why-Why Analysis. Communication skills in English Speaking, Writing, and Reading. PREFERRED – Broad Automated inspection (AOI/AXI Manufacturing Automation Basic ICT and FCT Understanding in MES or Shopfloor Traceability System. Program and Project Management. Operation/Production Management Manufacturing process design and improvement. Process and quality controls to ensure products are meeting Quality and Reliability standards. Effectively and systematically solve the problems. Effectively communicate to global organizational teams. Understand automated inspection techniques to meet sufficient detectability. Able to drive and improve process/quality/productivity/cost of products/ Able to understand testing issues which may impact the process or quality. Search for data and utilize it to analyze problems.
