The Role This role will be based onsite at the client in Juarez, Mexico As a Senior Client Service Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a team of Recruitment Coordinators while building strong relationships with key client contacts and driving client satisfaction. You will engage with client stakeholders as part of this role and ensure the team is focused on delivering a service that will exceed expectation across the client's hiring community. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the team's development, engagement and performance. Reporting to the Client Operations Director/Client Director, the Senior Manager is accountable for operational delivery, budget management, relationship management and leadership of a specific business function within a large complex client solution with multiple service lines and/or geographies; or a client with a significant contingent workforce They will also support the Client Operations Director in creating the talent strategy for the account and driving the achievement of all contractually agreed quality thresholds, KPIs and client satisfaction targets (with accountability for these aspects in their specific area) Key Accountabilities Manage a team recruitment coordinators to achieve delivery targets and contractual SLAs by providing direction, performance management to include objectives and development plans, training interventions and continual feedback on progress Lead and monitor the team's delivery of the best practice operating model for the account Oversight of recruitment coordination delivery and candidate query and application management. You will monitor and achieve account's targets and SLAs (for example, effectiveness, timeliness, quality of data, delivery of event coordination services & customer and candidate satisfaction) as defined by the Client Director and account leadership team Drive team activities and focus to ensure customer satisfaction You'll need to have proven track-record managing event coordination Experience of developing and delivering processes to improve outcomes (i.e. increased productivity, increased client satisfaction) Experience working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment Ability to liaise with and influence all levels of management to agree a change of direction or new process Experience working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs and working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment Skills & Experience Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must have 5 years of experience in the Recruitment industry specially high volume manufacturing and event planning 4 years of leadership experience is a must have (preferably on the operations/coordinating side of the recruitment process) Experience working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment Ability to liaise with and influence all levels of management to agree a change of direction or new process Experience working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs and working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment Ability to manage a team that will be working multiple shifts (1st and 2nd) Other At AMS, different is not just good, it's valuable.
