Team and Role Overview We are seeking a Technical Analyst to provide Product Support to our clients worldwide. This is a tremendous opportunity to develop business, product, and technical skills and handle the requests of customers which requires greater knowledge of functionality, architecture, and the application infrastructure. The position offers a unique opportunity to leverage existing technical expertise develop/enhance domain knowledge and develop a Front-To-Back, Cross Asset view of the Financial Markets. This person will work with customers to gather relevant information, analyze, and report to Calypso development teams to produce solutions.

ResponsibilitiesWork on and resolve client issues related to Calypso architecture, operating system, network, JVM, and other Calypso infrastructure components.Replicate issues, document them, provide configuration suggestions to Customers, and provide Engineering teams comprehensive information in form of test cases to facilitate permanent solutions.Analyze application logs and suggest solutions for performance-related problems on Calypso.Carry out JVM performance tuning and profiling of the Calypso applicationProvide day-to-day support to the clients on Calypso infrastructure issuesAnalyze the source code and identify the causes of the problems reported by clients, in order to report to Engineering for resolution.Work closely with Business Analysts to analyze and investigate bugs to identify the root causeWrite test programs when required, to simulate the issue being faced by clientsWork directly with clients and resolve API-related issuesHelp maintain the knowledge base articles of issues, questions, and common tuning parametersCompliance with ISO 9001 processes Skills And Requirements3 to 6 years experience in commercial software including Core Java, JBoss, Springboot, Swing, JDBC, RMI, SQL, XML (exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered)Good understanding of JVM performance tuning (Garbage collection, thread dumps, and memory parameters)Experience with Eclipse IDE with debugging knowledgeApplication Profiling using Your kit, Java Visual VM, or any other toolStrong in Object-Oriented Principles, Design Patterns, etc.Knowledge of relational databases and SQL including working experience with Sybase and/or OracleWillingness and ability to travel periodically, as requiredExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adherence to best practices defined by the organizationStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsA basic understanding of finance is requiredFluent in Spanish and English More About UsOur Office: Adenza's Mexico office is in the Moncayo building, 6th floor, on the Paseo de la Reforma Avenue, one of the main and popular avenues in Mexico City due to its wide variety of amenities, services, restaurants, and different transportation options.
