We are currently searching for a Scrum Master :
Responsibilities : Implementing compliance and risk management frameworks within the organization.Handling conflict resolution among team members or stakeholders.Managing projects using various software development life cycle ( SDLC ) methodologies, including waterfall, unified, and Agile .Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a focus on senior management communications.Requirements : 5 years of experience as Scrum Master.Experience in resolving conflicts effectively.Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in senior management contexts.Languages Advanced Oral English.Native Spanish.Note : Fully remote.
