Job OverviewAt Schenker International S.A. de C.V. we are looking for a SAP Support EWM/WM Consultant Logistic to be part of our IT team, for our office in Guadalajara, Mexico.

What will be your challenges?On 2nd Level, you will be responsible for processing and coordination of appropriate and timely responses to incident and problem reports, including change requests for help to appropriate functions for resolution due to SLA's.Support Change management.Proactively supporting to increase maturity in the ITSM area.Responsible for the Technical or Functional aspects of the Analysis and Design Process and its associated documentation - Technical, functional specification, Test Plans, etc.Understand business requirements, guide to troubleshoots during the implementation.
