Sample Coordinator

Job Description Responsible to receive internal/external sample orders for steering systems, pre-assemblies and components, provide a lead time for delivery and coordinate all internal activities within the production facility to deliver the order according customer requirements, ensuring on-time delivery with quality products. Key responsibilities: Ensure that the final product, as well as the process and documentation meet all customer and internal quality standards requirements. Processing of C-sample and D-sample orders via portal and ensuring on-time delivery according requirements aligned with the responsible Plant Project Leader. Tracking and maintaining scorecard on delivery performance and KPI's. Coordination with the Logistics & Project Management teams on part availability and special build requirements. Process owner of Queretaro Plant sampling procedure, responsible to create, update and add content to the official procedure according plant needs. Qualifications The person filling this job is expected to have a technical background with experience in project management and/or sample coordination. The individual must have experience in SAP, POE, SAMOS and/or EBAS as well as very good organizational skills.  Bachelor university degree and 3+ years related professional experience as a sample coordinator or project management, project coordination and similar engineering experience within a technical field.
