Welcome to Bosch.Responsible to receive internal/external sample orders for steering systems, pre-assemblies and components, provide a lead time for delivery and coordinate all internal activities within the production facility to deliver the order according customer requirements, ensuring on-time delivery with quality products.Key responsibilities:- Ensure that the final product, as well as the process and documentation meet all customer and internal quality standards requirements.- Processing of C-sample and D-sample orders via portal and ensuring on-time delivery according requirements aligned with the responsible Plant Project Leader.- Tracking and maintaining scorecard on delivery performance and KPI's.- Coordination with the Logistics & Project Management teams on part availability and special build requirements.- Process owner of Queretaro Plant sampling procedure, responsible to create, update and add content to the official procedure according plant needs.**Qualifications**The person filling this job is expected to have a technical background with experience in project management and/or sample coordination. The individual must have experience in SAP, POE, SAMOS and/or EBAS as well as very good organizational skills.Bachelor university degree and 3+ years related professional experience as a sample coordinator or project management, project coordination and similar engineering experience within a technical field.Proficient in English and Spanish.**Additional Information**Bosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversityrepresents one of our greatest strengths.
