Support SX programs in the Ingredion Sales Academy in person, virtually or in WDL Design & facilitate and follow up accomplishment of training goals, and KPIs Other responsibilities include:Support internal client needs across Mexico using the Salesforce CRM. Client areas include sales, marketing, technical, development, segment management and global accounts.Develop SME in Salesforce to support adoption of the CRM.Provide a Sales Opportunity Pipeline analysis to leadership twice a month and use the ARMOR criteria to evaluate the health of the Pipeline and preparing reports.Follow up the wins for the Commercial contest Fenix Challenge.The Sales Excellence Coordinator will also act as the liaison to the Global CRM team.Reports To: Sales Excellence Director, GlobalKey Deliverables:Support SX programs in the Ingredion in person, virtually or in WDL to generate the desired behaviors in our sales teams to execute the commercial strategy and follow up accomplishment of training goals, and KPIs.Understand SFDC new sales Pipeline value and use for the companyMaintain SFDC current and relevant as a CRM for the companyPromote the use of SFDC through training and diffusion of relevant improvements and changesEvaluate the proper use of SFDC by our sales team using the Commercial Operative Excellence metricsMonitoring the performance of our tools in SFDC for our sales team success for contacts, leads, accounts, call/ visits reports, and measure our progress in terms of business growth metrics advance (users usage, Wins, Real sales, Opportunity Pipeline, Achieved pipeline, Conversion rate, time to close, averages, closed-lost opportunity analysis, etc) through the various campaigns the company develop to achieve the sales goals.
