A Little Bit About the Role: Oversee the successful deployment of the project management discipline, OLIVER WOW and that an excellent project experience is delivered across regions with regional results always meeting Global standards by being responsible for PM Delivery Leads and project managers performance and the successful deployment, governance & compliance of project operations, best practices using reporting to oversee that project results are achieved. The Regional Head of Project Management will assist the Global Head of Project Management as a senior lead in the business to achieve all global project management goals and objectives. You will be responsible for the operational success of projects, which support successful project delivery by deploying and governing project processes & best practices. You will use reporting and track KPIs to measure the success of global PM performance requirements, project execution success, PM team performance and regional results. You have a proven track record of leading Senior Project Management Leads, Project Managers and extended creative teams. You must exhibit deep program and portfolio management expertise. You are a strong leader with exceptional attention to detail with strong communication skills with the ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level. What You'll Do: Leadership Motivate and train PM Delivery Leads on how to fulfil their role and how to achieve their goals. Develop training and deliver training to Project Managers in region on how to improve performance. Full ownership for areas of responsibility; working autonomously or as part of a team. Mentor & lead with strong, exemplary work ethic to ensure best practices are always followed. Support the Global Head of Project Management shape and progress the efficiency of the Global Project Management Team Govern, lead & drive PM WOW deliveryexcellence holding PMs accountable for project results. Driving accountability, project excellence and quality delivery in all instances. Strong decision-making skills, oversee team(s) offering strong direction when necessary Operational Management Proactively identifying and defining improvements to processes in collaboration with GHoPM. Ownership of deployed project processes and best practices across the region. Accountable for the Project Delivery Leads' overall control on costs/profitability, the quality & successful delivery of projects and how to govern and maintain project health. Train project managers in region on new PM processes and measure their understanding of how to apply the new PM processes (ongoing). Manage the uptake and compliance to the new PM processes/WOW by project managers. Accountable forusing reportingto effectively monitor and control project progress, health and profitability to ensure that projects results for all projects are achieved. Responsible for your team's project quality assurance and control, ensure all required standard are met for marketing channels such as digital, social, mobile, toolkits, CRM, film and video. Proficient understanding of technical specifications, able to mentor others in this area. Responsible for driving the compliant utilisation of OMG for all projects. Drive the process of identifying risks/flags and the implementation of mitigation plans. In collaboration with GHoPM and global operations teams implement, manage & optimiseglobal organisational workflowinternally & externally. Frequently review operating systems collaborate with operations to stay ahead of the needs. Oversee all project management account involvement and guidance. Govern talent management time utilisation, to achieve an 80% team utilisation. Finance Prepare Global Regional reporting weekly and monthly to track against global bank and stretch targets, monitor, manage and report on project profitability, performance and project health. Control project profitability (erosion), over-burn and cancellation of jobs within set limits. Commercially astute with experience implementing to a SOW within master services. Accountable to meet stringent financial targets & maximise 'sold as' margins. Oversee the successful execution of all weekly WIP & Finance meetings ensuring all OMG data is up to date, accurate and to oversee that burn rate & over burn are under control. Approving POs, cost estimates, and credit notes within a certain threshold. Demonstrate a deep knowledge of billing & reconciliation. Communication/Stakeholder Management Global Regional client delivery liaison. Liaise closely with key internal stakeholders and support teams (operations and finance etc). Ability to develop strong relationships with our internal HR and Finance Resourcing teams. Manage relationships, cost, quality, and delivery of third-party vendors. Effectively navigate conflict with internal & external stakeholders and project team(s). What You'll Need: Demonstrated ability to motivate people, inspire teamwork and take a leadership role. Experience with (remote and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation. Must be well organised, able to prioritise and results/KPI driven. The ability to work effectively with demanding Customers. Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills. A passion for defining, implementing, and controlling quality. Clear and concise communicator, to all levels of stakeholders within IIG. Excellent organisational and time management skills and offers solutions to problems. Demonstrate 7 years' project management experience in an agency environment. 3 – 5 years of people management experience. Demonstrate a proven track record of managing multiple projects across multiple mediums (e.g., DM, CRM, Print, OOH/DOOH, film, photography social, digital media).
