Which allows you to learn a lot and have exposure to develop a career path and grow within the area or others related.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Manage day-to-day activities for Asset Management Performs the period-end closing and reporting in accordance with laws and Novartis required standards- Performs the balance sheet account reconciliations of allocated accounts and ensures timely resolution and clean of overdue items identified- Proactively reviews accounts to ensure all financial transactions are valid and recorded to ensure accuracy of reported data- Updates and maintains fixed asset master data as required- Resolves fixed asset related issues and disputes, escalates as required or coordinates with various departments to resolve**Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion**:- We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve._**Role Requirements**- University level degree in Business Administration/ Economics/Finance or Chartered Accountant / MBA desirable- Excellent English (written and spoken)- Financial background with 2+ year' experience in ac-counting, reporting or finance.- Familiarization with CAR process and accounting regulations- SAP knowledgeWhy Novartis: Helping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
