Key responsibilities Prepare the release sheet for the first and last piece.Prepare the process release sheet.Perform Poka Yokes launch.Provide training to Quality Analysts.Supervise the work of the Quality Analysts.Coordinate and lead projects related to the quality area such as PPM reduction and Line Side Review (LSR).Lead failure analysis processes of 8D, A3, Storyboard or any Problem Resolution methodology. Follow up on your corrective actions with cross-functional teams. Direct on-site attention for customer complaints. Participate in the preparation of PPAP's. Define failure analysis related to the standard work of the analysis bench. Analyze line rejections and establish corrective actions for them.
