Program launches and product transfers to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.**YOUR TASK WILL BE**- Respond to customers in relation to reported quality complaints.- Coordinate the multidisciplinary team for the resolution of quality problems through different methodologies existing: 8Ds, Ishikawa Diagrams, DDW.- Coordinate defect analysis and customer response meetings.- Verify customer systems to ensure that all reported issues have been addressed.- Generate quality performance reports based on customer metrics and scorecards.**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**- Industrial engineering or similar.- 2+ years of experience in a similar position.- Quality Tools.- Automotive experience.- Proficent English Level.LI-DNI
