If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Quality Engineer**, based in **Chihuahua, Chihuahua** (E-Systems Division).As **Quality Engineer **you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Quality Coordinator.**Your Task will be**- Customer service in relation to reported quality complaints.- Coordinate the multidisciplinary team to resolve quality problems using the different existing methodologies: 8Ds.- Coordinate defect analysis and customer response meetings.- Generate quality performance reports based on customer metrics and scorecards.- Actively participate in internal and external audit events.- Follows up on compliance with processes.**To be Successful in this rule you will need**:- Engineering degree preferred.- At least 2 years of experience preferably in the automotive industry (required).- Mastery of English- Experience in Quality, customer service, transfers and audits.- Knowledge of Ford processes (desirable).- Negotiation skills- Experience in audits.- Availability to travelLI-DNI
