Overview Ensure that goods, supplies and equipment for the company are procured in a timely and cost-effective manner, guaranteeing the proper functioning of the operation. Responsibilities Manage the procurement process of materials, products, goods or services in accordance with current regulations, using the formally the current regulations, using the formally required instruments.Manage the procurement process from the moment the requirement arises and monitor the goods and services until they are received.Perform supplier validation through their qualification based on their performance.Maintain a cooperative relationship with internal users and suppliers to provide timely response to their requirements. Work with the management team to ensure that all deliveries meet assigned orders. Report back orders or missing and backordered products.Ensure all orders are processed correctly.Follow up on scheduled orders and deliveries.Support and solve problems related to deliveries, purchases or material requisitions.
