If you're willing to contribute and create value for tomorrow's cleaner and smarter mobility, Faurecia is the place to be.If you're ambitious, driven and team-spirited, this is your opportunity to build a career as a Purchasing Support Platform Analyst in Puebla.As a Purchasing Support Platform Analyst you will be supporting Production and Non-Production Buyers in NAO, helping on the administrative activities in Purchasing all Divisions and the process improvement, standardized tasks and KPI reporting for Purchasing Department.Your responsibilities will include:Understanding of CBD (Cost Break Down) of a Part.Finding the root cause and providing first time resolution to invoice and price issues.Analyzing the debit note data to avoid impact for high material flow suppliers.Power BI connecting data, shaping the data and Visualizing data with report – Blocked Invoice and DN ReportUnderstanding on SAP IR & GRSupport on any advoc request received from Commodity leaders/buyers and excellence teamManage and schedule meetings with Supplier/ Commidity Leader/ Buyer for sharing workflow details and inform escalation and challenges received from vendors and internal departments.Reports and trackers must be generated and maintain accuratelyImproving efficiency by creativity and automization in the tasks.Key requirements:Bachelor´s Degree in Business, International Trade, Industrial Engineer or related.Advanced English Advanced Microsoft Office We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those under consideration will be contacted.Faurecia is so much more than a top-7 global automotive and technology leader.
