About the role… As a Project Management Associate specializing in Software Development and IT, where you'll support, manage and administrate internal end-to-end management of projects & risks, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality standards. Utilizing your expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle and methodologies, you'll manage risks, resources and quality assurance processes, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation. With excellent communication skills and a passion for project management, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our software development and IT initiatives.
Responsibilities Lead matrix team of people from different areas involved in the entire project lifecycle for software development and IT & Software Development Projects.Requires to be the point of contact and project facilitator among the team membersCreate and maintain a project plan that communicates scope, tasks, milestone dates, status and resource allocationIdentify risks and manage to create a mitigation plan and provide solution optionsAssist technical team to design and breakdown project tasksFacilitate the creation of a QA Strategy and Testing PlanCoordinate delivery of development and production releases to meet timeline expectations and QA standardsWork with cross-functional and cross-company teams to define launch and drive strategic projects and initiatives through entire project lifecycleReport on progress and provide regular updates to upper management and stakeholders on the different project areas as needed: planning, risks, resourcing, financials, QA, etc. Education Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Quality, Risk Management, Project Management, or a related discipline is required along with relevant industry experience.
Qualifications & Experience 1-2 years of experience managing Software Development and IT & Software projects including risk assessment, resource allocation and quality assuranceProficiency in the Software Development Life Cycle and various Software Development MethodologiesUnderstanding of the Cloud-based Client-Server ModelTechnical familiarity with databases and SQL query writing is preferred.Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are requiredStrong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-cultural virtual teamsDemonstrated problem-solving initiative and a passion for project managementAbility to foster team-building and work collaboratively in a diverse environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
