As the Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing safe, lean and sustainable projects, working closely with Logistic and Operation Director, Operations Manager, Project and Process Specialist, Supply Chain Managers and Site Managers.**Responsibilities**:- To lead the construction of the assigned CCI/OCO-SHE projects, ensuring the value proposition stipulated in the related objectives for each project following the guidelines of the CVP and accepted company practices as Best Practices for projects. Manage project maturity, prepare support package for phase approval, and manage stakeholders according to their classification.- The individual is responsible for leading and managing projects, taking ownership of the entire project lifecycle. This includes overseeing the maturity process of projects until their final approval, initiating projects, executing them, and implementing control measures to ensure their successful completion. They are also responsible for monitoring project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress and assess project performance. Additionally, the person is tasked with closing projects and conducting post-investment reviews to evaluate outcomes and identify areas for improvement. Overall, their role encompasses comprehensive project management, ensuring effective project execution and delivering successful results.- To comply with project reporting and management in the tools established by the company. To manage project risks, lead risk review workshops, and classification. To manage communications and reporting for the assigned portfolio. To manage the scope of assigned projects and lead WBS construction workshops. To manage the preparation of budgets required for each project, lead Capex construction according to company guidelines and best practices, as well as ensuring the quality of estimates.
