We work as a team supporting each other, sharing the responsibility, collaborating to the success of DecoPress.**What You'll Do**:- Giving our customers a great experience- Review questions regarding artwork with customers and communicate art guidelines- Promote the DecoPress culture within your location, working with the other culture custodians to replicate the DecoPress culture globally.- Stay organized behind the scenes - collaborating with colleagues to sure the smooth running of the office and production floor- Working with the wider team to check on progress of orders for customer enquiries.- Communicating effectively when something needs to be changed (reprint or timeframes).- Responsible for customer education and product promotion. Customers talk to us in a variety of ways, and we are always responsive, relatable and easy to work with.- Calls answered fast, and customers hear the supportive vibe.- Outgoing calls are made when required in a prompt and professional way.- Being the champion for the customer and effectively manage any customer complaints with a resolution focused mindset. Escalating where necessary- Take every opportunity to live to the DecoPress purpose to help people grow, including our customers through education on products, process, and systems.**What You'll Have**:- Passion for brining people together and promoting a united cohesive team- 2-4 years of Administration experience- Ability to multitask- Adaptability- The ability to remain flexible and not ridged in approach. Coachability, willingness to learn and develop, the ability to problem solves and remain calm under pressure.- The willingness to jump in and help where necessary.- Effective at solving problems- People coordination and relationship building- Adobe Illustrator Preferred- Understanding of basic art and design concepts (sizing, file type, pantone colors)**Salary**: $15,000.00 - $16,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
