Industrial and Systems Engineering, Mechanical-Administrator or related. Experience Level: More than 6 years of experience in a highly competitive industry; of which a minimum of 2 years must have held positions at the Supervisory or Management Level in the Automotive Industry. Lean manufacturing, six sigma methodology and world class manufacturing Customer service and contact experience Automotive quality system requirements: IATF 16949, EAQF, VDA, AMEF Customer service and contact experience Specific functions Promote certification on the floor of Direct Associates if in charge. Promote the correct and timely training of the personnel under their charge. Comply with the quality standards and efficiencies established for the processes of their area(s), monitoring the correct record of process evaluations. Direct the distribution of human and material resources in the area according to the requirements and delivery times to achieve efficiency goals. Receive and supervise the execution of the production program. Supervise that the supply of materials in their area(s) is timely, as well as their management. Ensure that all associates have the security equipment and follow the established security procedures. Participate in training on the different production processes, in addition to the operation of the equipment and work tools.
