Production Planner

In this role your responsibilities will be: By analyzing work orders, you will flag potential issues and work with purchasing to secure missing materials. You will expedite deliveries, ensuring orders stay on track and production runs efficiently.Regularly reviews dispatch lists, and tracks order progress through Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Packaging.Maintains close communication with the Master Planning Leader, seeking their work order listings are clean, preventing a work order from lasting more than four days without being released for production, and negotiating the rescheduling of the orders that exceed that period.You will analyze open orders and collaborate with teams to address potential stockouts. Create detailed shortage lists, negotiate better delivery dates, and follow through to ensure on-time delivery.We take a proactive approach by reviewing work orders and quickly correcting any mistakes. This ensures accurate instructions reach the production floor, keeping things running smoothly.Who you are: I don't wait for things to happen, I make them happen. Preferred Qualifications that set you apart: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business or related areas.2+ years of experience in production planning, line balancing, customer service, reporting and graphics and interdisciplinary work.Fluent communication in English and Spanish.Knowledge of MRP / CRP / MPS.Efficient in the use of MS Office (Excel) and desirable experience in Oracle software.An active teammate with a focus on continuous improvement and customer service.  Our offer to you: We are a company committed with our people and the environment.
