If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.You will be responsible to the production Manager for meeting production programs, managing the human and material resources it has, complying with the standards of previously determined quality and costs.**Your task will be**- Ensure compliance with company Policies.- Supervises compliance with the plant's production programs, ensuring standards of predetermined costs, in conjunction with their area supervisors- Coordinate and ensure compliance with the quality levels predetermined in the month's forecast.- Coordinates and ensures the optimal use of human resources in the production area through of the proper balance of production lines.- Responsible for monitoring the design of the most efficient and optimal work methods, as well as the use of the company's production equipment.- Comply with the corresponding responsibility in each of the procedures that include the requirements of the standards that govern our quality system IATF16949, ISO 9001, ISO14001.- Comply and enforce safety rules with supervisors in charge.- Compliance with the training and training programs of the personnel in charge.- Responsible for training new staff in the key functions of the department.- Review and approval of entries and exits of the personnel under his/her charge (Kronos).- Immediately inform the people with responsibility and authority for the actions- corrective actions on products or processes that do not comply with the requirements to ensure that non-conforming product is not sent to the customer and that all products are identified and contained potential non-conformists.- Responsibility and authority to stop production due to quality problems.- Responsible for monitoring the completion of corrective actions for audits.- Immediately inform the people with responsibility and authority for the actions corrective actions on products or processes that do not comply with the requirements to ensure that non-conforming product is not sent to the customer and that all products are identified and contained potential non-conformists.**To succeed in this role, you will need**- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related.- Intermediate English.- +3 years in a similar position with experience in automotive industry.- knowledge in personnel administration, line balancing, production plan, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO14001, quality processes.- Skills: Leadership and teamwork.LI-EG1
