**Production Coordinator Backend**- Ensure the proper functioning of the Backend procedures in the automotive industry._Lear Corporation- Nuevo Leon, Mexico Apodaca Plant (Presential)We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Production Coordinator** based in **Apodaca Plant, (Apodaca, Nuevo Leon, Mexico).**As a Production Coordinator you will have an excellent opportunity to guarantee compliance with the metrics of the productive area from the reception of the raw material in their areas, to the packaging of the finished product, having constant communication and being an intermediary between the administrative part of the company and the collaborators under their charge, to coordinate the jobs and activities.**Your Task will be**:- Give support and solutions to problems that arise during the shift to the production lines.- Personnel management.- Comply with the production schedule.- Metrics: Scrap, Downtime, Absenteeism and Turnover, Customer Complaints due to manufacturing.- Manage and balance and assign direct personnel in their production lines seeking planned efficiency.- Coordinate the resources of the different lines facilitating the execution of production programs.- Transfer the information of the goals of the process indicators to the members of your team.- Generate the strategies required for the efficiency of the first line start time.- Coordinate the correct realization and counting of inventories based on the plant's calendar.**To be successful in this role you will need**:- Education: Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial, Electronic/mechatronic engineering or any related field.- 5 years of experience in Backend areas in the electronic automotive industry and** GM Customer**.- Wave, paste, reflow soldering processes knowledge and experience.- Terminal insertion knowledge and experience.- English level Intermediate.LI-DNI
