The role requires the ability to develop roadmaps on new and existing products that align with the company's strategic, operational, and financial objectives.General Responsibilities
• Drives the development of actionable product roadmaps by integrating inputs from cross-functional stakeholders in our business objectives & product strategy.
• Manage product positioning in the marketplace, including rationalizing pricing strategy based on market conditions.
• Develop product strategy and optimize product portfolio, providing planning and project prioritization
• Contributes to the pricing strategy through the product life cycle.
• Drives the development and execution of the product roadmap to improvement
• Provide support for operational issues associated with quality, delivery and production.
• Anticipating and communicating issues, recommending corrective action, and taking independent remedial actions and reporting outcomes
Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
