Product Management Specialist

**Your Job**To support the Product Management team by working with customers, sales, engineering, quality, demand/production planning, and manufacturing under the guidance of the Product Manager to ensure project commitments are met, communicate customer requirements internally, and support the cross-functional team.**Our Team**Molex is part of the Koch group and for 80 years has been driving innovation in electronics, supporting industries from Automotive to Healthcare and Consumer to Data Communications. This level of responsibility will affect the performance of the Division and in some cases the company.- Support the product management team in the execution of their business plan and day to day management of the product family/lines- Works independently reporting the activity, and results are reviewed on an agreed basis with supervisor.- This position has a global reach, working with entities, customers, and sales globally.- Marketing management involve creative thinking, problem solving skills and organization.**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering.- 2+ Years of within the high speed datacom market or 3+ Years of experience within electro/mechanical components industry.- Technical background (electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing).- Sales or customer service.- Advanced English.**What Will Put You Ahead**- SAP experience- Experience working with contract manufacturers and electronics market OEM's.**Who We Are**As a Koch company, Molex is a leading supplier of connectors and interconnect components, driving innovation in electronics and supporting industries from automotive to health care and consumer to -data communications.
