Post-Production Retouching Specialist (Architectural Photography)**Job Description**:Responsibilities: Prepare > Blend > Retouch > Deliver- Learn, follow, and adhere to the several in-house image post-production processing workflows.- Import, organize, cull, select architectural image exposures and export out to Adobe Photoshop in stacked layers.- Collaboratively engage and seek guidance with the full support of the Post-Production Manager, ensuring that evolving workflows are carried out to successfully meet deliverable expectations.Qualifications:- Degree in Photography, Digital Media, or Graphic Design- 3 - 5 years' experience in both Lightroom and Photoshop- Strong proficiency in compositing, selection, masking and retouching and other critical Photoshop skills.- Strong visual and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail, color, composition, and aesthetic.- Demonstrable portfolio showing expertise in post-production workflows using Lightroom and Photoshop.- Experience in architectural photography and processing of is advantageous but not mandatory.- Ability to multitask, manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work efficiently under tight deadlines.- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.Location: Remote Part-Time then On-Site Full-Time in Zapopan WeWork office**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $13,000.00 per monthEducación:- Licenciatura trunca o en curso (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Work Location: Hybrid remote in 45116, Zapopan, Jal.
