Pmo One Roof

The Mission of the position is to deliver the One Roof project in Mexico- Animate the steering committee with regular update- Alert/escalate problem to the steering committee when necessary- Drumbeat each subdepartement project in line with department responsible- Perform Benchmark with other One Roof in the world to ensure best in class practices- Propose new R&R in line with the new organisation- Develop factual KPI to properly assess the workshare (and cost share) of each entity- Perform regular communication toward key stakeholder regularly (quarterly at MDs level / Monthly at entity level / weekly at department level)- Define with each department the matrix of SoD for each process which are transferred to the Shared Services- Change ManagementThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.**Company**:AIRBUS HELICOPTERS MEXICO, S.A. de C.V.**Employment Type**:Permanent**Experience Level**:Professional**Job Family**:ControllingAt Airbus, we support you to work, connect and collaborate more easily and flexibly.
