**Job Highlights**:**Responsibilities**:Project Planning and Execution:- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for plastic molding projects- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays. Implement mitigation strategies as needed- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycleTeam Leadership and Collaboration:- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors.- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment- Resolve conflicts and address any issues that may arise during project executionStakeholder Management:- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives and priorities- Solicit feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve project processes and outcomesContinuous Improvement:- Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the plastic molding project management framework- Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and innovations related to plastic molding processes and project management methodologiesDocumentation and Reporting:- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports- Prepare and present regular status reports and updates to management and stakeholders- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
