As Plant HR Generalist you will be responsible to create, maintain and promote a healthy work environment, maintaining an open communication with staff and the union. Apply company policies and procedures. Manage the implementation of the internal work regulations and implement the resource initiatives and actions that support staff retention and satisfaction. YOUR TASK WILL BE Ensure compliance with the Internal Labor Regulations and Federal Labor Law. Track absenteeism daily through interviews, meetings, and application of Internal Work Regulations. Rotation and Absenteeism meetings with the production area, for statistical review and implement different actions. Handle Labor Disputes Manage staff services: purchase order generation, payment process, and quality service. Maintain communication with the Union. Document open lawsuits based on compliance guidelines. TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Laws, or related area. 5 years of experience in a similar position Personal management Leadership Intermediate English Level #LI-DNI
