In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion. This is a full-time role in our Mexico City office. Responsibilities:- Assist in performing daily payroll department operations;- Assist with the preparation of payroll data, reports, and new-hire employee information;- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns;- Work with multiple international stakeholders and database programs for payroll-related integration needs. - Minimum of 3 years of in-house payroll experience;- Hands on, basic functional knowledge and a minimum 1 year payroll operation/tax experience in Mexico payroll;- Strong vendor management and project management skills;- Strong influence and stakeholder management skills.
