Descripción y detalle de las actividadesKey Responsibilities:***Production Management:- Oversee the management of a plant with over 1,000 DL and IDL employees to meet company targets and standards for quality, cost, and time.- Develop, implement, and continuously refine production strategies to maximize throughput and efficiency while maintaining a commitment to workplace safety.- Establish clear communication channels and processes to ensure coordination and alignment of production goals across all levels of plant staff.- Foster a culture of accountability and excellence by setting clear expectations and monitoring performance through key metrics and regular reviews.***Maintenance Oversight:- Ensure all equipment and machinery are maintained to high standards, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.- Establish and manage a regular maintenance schedule and respond promptly to any breakdowns or issues.***Planning & Scheduling:- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create and manage efficient planning and production schedules.- Implement planning systems and software to forecast and meet production demands.- MPS Experience.- S&OP Experience. ***Continuous Improvement:- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.- Foster an environment where team members regularly contribute improvement ideas and participate in their implementation.- Waste elimination experience.***Performance Management:- Monitor operational performance against metrics and make adjustments to processes and strategies as necessary.- Prepare and present reports on operations, scrap, and productivity to the executive team.***Leadership:- Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to build a high-performance work culture.- Promote safety, quality, and performance compliance among team members through training and engagement.Experiencia y requisitos- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.- MBA or similar Master Degree level.- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.- Strong understanding of production processes, maintenance protocols, and lean manufacturing principles.- Demonstrated ability to lead planning and scheduling efforts in a complex operational setting.- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.- Proficient with ERP systems and production planning software.- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.- Fluent English (Business level).
