The Group operates in key industries that drive economic growth, enjoying leadership in the construction, financial, and technology industries.As a Product Support Engineer, you will represent Microsoft and communicate with corporate customers via telephone, written correspondence, or electronic service regarding technical/Product/Business complex problems in Microsoft Dynamics products, and manage relationships with those customers.We are currently searching for an MS Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Engineer/Consultant:Key Responsibilities:- Ability to take Technical/Functional leadership in one specific product or area of business processes.- Own, investigate, and solve complex customer technical/functional issues.
