**Advanced Procurement Analyst****Job based in Cd. Juarez, Chihuahua. Monarca Plant. If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.As **Advanced Procurement Analyst **you will be Ensure that the material necessary for the construction of prototype parts and start-ups, is in a timely manner in the plant, to comply with the customer's MRD's, eliminating impact on air.**YOUR TASK WILL BE**- Ensure material availability based on weekly customer demand for project launch- Tracking/procurement of material for pre-production/prototype phases based on AMLs or BOMs provided by Engineering- Advise the client of any increase or decrease in the requirement being received and adjust planning according Engineering changes in regular production, setting start/end dates to avoid obsolescence and/or expediting costs- Ensure material availability based on AML- Purchase order creation and placement.- Material readiness by component (for preproduction)- Ensure the setups in the system for the new numbers for the plant (BPO, safetys, Planner, costing, homologation, flags required in QAD so that EDI comes out without problem)- Ensure new suppliers receive forecast and weekly requirements through EDI or web portal.- Identify and fix any billing or invoicing issues with suppliers.- Organize meeting with the suppliers if necessary.- Give support to different plants as needed.**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**- Education Industrial Engineering, Logistic or any related field.- +2 years of experience in similar position in Automotive Industry.- Knowledge in QAD or any ERP.- Excel Advanced level.- English Advanced level.LI-LM1
