A better future?We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Materials Manager**, based in **Alpha, Juárez, Chihuahua, México **(E-Systems Division).As Materials Manager you will be responsible for the supply of productive and indirect materials that are required, in addition to maintaining material and finished product inventory within the standards.**Your Task will be**- Responsible for timely supply of productive and indirect materials required, ensuring the delivery conditions.- Comply with the corporate processes of Premium freight administration and generation of PTA's.- Track inventory value through the Inventory Entitlement tool.- Coordinate the group under his charge to establish inventory reduction actions.- Standardization of procurement process, monitoring the process of charges and recovery of impacts with suppliers (SQTS), audit of processes: procurement, premium freight, inventories, logistic parameters, and follow up problematic suppliers.- Support in the process of Physical Inventory of the plants.- Manage and control inventory budget.**be successful in this role you will need**:- Education: Industrial, Mechanic, Electric and Mechatronics Engineer.- 1+ years of experience as Manager in the Automotive industry.- Knowledge: MRP, Supply Chain, inventory controls, Premium Freight, ERP Systems (QAD, SAP, Oracle).- Proven leadership experience both as the manager of a department and as a member of the site management team.- Proficient with Microsoft Office.- Proficient English.- You should have great analytical skills, to be creative/ innovative, to have initiative, to be persistent and open to criticism and others' ideas.- Capacity of analysis, communication, and organizational skills. #LI-LM1
