A person who takes an open and inclusive approach, and demonstrates excellent partner management skills. You will have demonstrated your ability to work within a cross-functional team mainly Marketing and Creative profile people, as well your passion to encourage and educate others.- 7+ years of experience in roles Analytics, Market effectiveness, Data and brand / business strategy, with deep client experience essential, but agency experience also desirable.- Experience working with sales, finance, business, creative and brand teams and influencing the business to go into the encouraged direction for growth.- Significant and confirmed experience with evidence of statistics, Analytics, data mining, critical thinking, advanced management in large amount of data from several sources- Strong knowledge of Nielsen Retail Solutions & Consumer Panel data. Desirable, Google Analytics and Power BI.- Rigorous in analytical thinking but also Innovative and creative- Great communication skills and ability to interact with those of a variety of different backgrounds and levels of seniority, as well as different cultures and perspectives.- Strong ability to simplify the complex in order to ensure that our brand building tools and frameworks are fully understood and used.FlexibilityThis is key to success in our business and many of our staff work flexibly in many different ways.
