If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Manufacturing Manager**, based in **Ciudad Juarez, Chihuaha.**_ _(E-Systems Division).As Manufacturing Manager will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Sr. Manufacturing Manager..**Your tasks will be**:- Verify compliance with the quality, safety and production maintenance standards of the plant.- supervise the work of plant engineers and coordinators.- Coordinate the internal movement in the Lead Prep plant according to production requirements.- implement continuous improvement systems.- Compliance with the Forecast in the operating parameters.- Prepare weekly performance reports for the general management of the complex.- Hold monthly meetings with the staff, with the aim of awakening and maintaining their commitment.- Development of new tools through the automation of formats with the purpose of helping the cost & pricing department to improve delivery times and process efficiency.**To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have**- Education: Bachelor's degree on industrial engineering or any related field- 1 to 3 years on similar positions within the automotive industry in the areas of engineering.- Problem solving skills.- Leadership.- English Proficient Level.
