A better future?**We're Lear For You.****Job Title: Manufacturing Manager**:- Opportunity to provide the right leadership to support operations_**Lear Corporation- Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico, Nova Plant (Presential)**We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Manufacturing Manager**, based in **Chihuahua, Chihuahua, México** (E-Systems Division).As Manufacturing Manager will have an excellent opportunity to support operations and functional teams to achieve all the company goals.**Your Task will be**:- Administration of production supervisors.- Key communication channel between the manufacturing areas and the functional areas of Quality, Planning, Materials, Maintenance and Engineering.- Ensure that production plans are met with the highest established quality standards and in the correct time.- Facilitate and ensure the creation of work teams to solve repetitive and systemic problems.- Facilitate and ensure the creation of work teams for the continuous improvement of manufacturing KPIs.- Maintain your area within the total parameters of 5S.- Actively participate in the strategic boards of "Production Forecast", New Launches and "Plant Manning".- Establish the goals of key indicators and periodically evaluate the performance of the personnel under your charge.- Facilitate problem-solving strategies.- Motivate outstanding performance, operational excellence and continuous improvement.**To be successful in this role you will need**:- Education Industrial, Electric, Electronic Engineering or any related field.- Automotive and harness company experience preferable.- 3 years of experience as Manufacturing Manager.- English Advanced level.- Advanced knowledge in MS-Office (graphics & reports).- Knowledge of production metrics (OEE, Efficiency, Adhesion Indicators, absenteeism, DL Turnover, IPPM, WC).- Knowledge in lean manufacturing (Green Belt certification preferred).LI-LM1- Lear Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse workplace._
