Join us and discover endless possibilities to grow your career. Job Purpose: As the Open Deployment Lead, you will support the deployment of OPEN across the factory, in line with PMI OPEN Strategy. You will coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure successful deployment and monitor its impact to continually improve the capability building and business impact. You will also work with the communication representative to design and implement the factory OPEN communication strategy. Key Accountabilities: Safety and sustainability Quality Delivery Cost Moral Education and Skills: Bachelor's or master's degree Minimum 4 years' experience in Operations, such as Manufacturing QA/LEAN or Product Development Supply Chain Desirable experience in OPEN Deployment or a similar integrated working system Knowledge of Integrated Operating System, including pillars, standard work processes, lean/continuous improvement methods, and tools Excellent communication, presentation, training, and negotiation skills Action-oriented and customer-focused personality Advanced MS Office user Ability to effectively prioritize competing needs Proficient in English J-18808-Ljbffr
