PROFILEBachelor's degree in electromechanics, Electricity.Experience in E-COAT Painting Processes.Experience in Building Equipment.Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCSupervision position with 4-5 Electromechanical Technicians responsible for the operation and repairs of E-COAT process equipment.Supervision position with 2-3 Electromechanical Technicians responsible for the operation of the building services.ROLES AND RESPONSABILITIESSupervise and schedule Preventive Maintenance activities.Enforce all BRP (LOTO) policies and administer disciplinary measures when necessary.Ensure that equipment is maintained in good working condition.Hold regular safety meetings and provide safety training as necessary to ensure a safe work environment.Readings of electrical, tire and hydraulic diagrams.Monitoring of departmental KPIs aimed at continuous improvement.ACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITYBRP is dedicated to nurturing a culture that invites, connects, and propels the ambitions of people of all backgrounds, profiles, beliefs and experiences.
