Logistics Analyst I

TE Connectivity's Distribution & Logistics Teams manage the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements or internal business objectives. They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. They also focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.**What your background should look like**:This position consists of overall logistics activities related to the Planning Workload, Exportation, Importation and Local Processing.**Responsibilities**:- Execute Outbound, Inbound, and local logistics operations.- Plan and release the DC daily workload.- Schedule local and international freight carriers via TMS portals.- Schedule dedicated units for urgent requests.- Monitoring of the deliveries from origin to destination, end to end.- Management of On-Time Delivery.- Communication and Coordination with the customs team to have a better flow of material.- Plan daily exportation units.- Support on warehouse operations assisting the shipping team.- Creation of shipping labels for parcel material.- Follows the rules and regulations of TE, EHS, and Global Logistics.**Competencies**:- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation
