YOUR profile Good conversational English (B2, C1, C2)Bachelor's Degree in Engineering0 to 4 years of automotive industry experience at an OEM or large tier 1 in Product development engineeringManufacturing process fundamentals understandingMust be a highly motivated, detail oriented, and a self-directed process thinkerStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsStrong written and presentation skills are a mustAdvanced to expert skill level in using Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to interface with all levels of managementYOUR role Coordinate, as a Vehicle Technical Manager deputyCoordinate the creation and organization of Connections / FastenersPrepare and coordinate the Change Management meetingContribute to the quality convergence by synchronizing the part modifications with the project planning (batch of modifications).Coordinate the Product / Process convergence & reactivity (mainly for Welding, Painting and Assembly)Coordinate the vehicle rework during the projectWhat can YOU expect in a career with Capgemini?
